UI changes you will notice after the update
Onyx Intake Document deletion - Users will be able to delete documents by clicking the trash icon on the Clients & Matters page.
Order of terms - Terms will now be displayed in the same sequential order as they appear in the document. - This ordering will be reflected both on the Summary page and on the Document Details page (left-side cards). Note: This applies to newly uploaded documents only.
Document Details page enhancements - Category navigation: Users can switch between categories by clicking on a highlighted term. - Terms in multiple categories: Terms that belong to more than one category will display the corresponding category tags on the term card; Users can assign multiple categories directly from the term card. - Improved term card layout: Term card icons have been rearranged to improve usability and navigation.
Violations Report The Violations report now exports in full, rather than exporting only the records visible on the page. Clicking Export on the Violations report will start generating the report in the background. Once the report is ready, Onyx will send a message to your email address with a download link and push an in-application notification. Note: Download links expire after 48 hours.
