Update

To ensure a smooth update process, we are rescheduling the iTimekeep update to Tuesday, May 13.

On Tuesday (May-13) iTimekeep CAN and US regions will undergo scheduled updates between 9pm-10pm EDT / 1am UTC. There will be no expected downtime during the maintenance period.

Users may need to clear cookies/caches to consume update once complete. This release does not include a mobile update or any changes to Connect.

This update will include the following:

Fixes
• Addressed an issue where Onyx messages disappear within iTimekeep.
• Printing PDF from a calendar view no longer cuts off the last time entry.
• Addressed an issue where the Passive Time view gets stuck loading.

Improvements
• When submitting time, all time entries round to the appropriate time increment utilizing the Configure iTimekeep > Firm Defaults > Time Entry Rounding Options setting within the iTimekeep Portal.
• Extended logging capabilities to improve product supportability to effectively monitor, troubleshoot, and support iTimekeep.
