No downtime is expected during this maintenance period.
Enhancements
Violations Report Asynchronous Violations Report Export – Full Range Excel: When you click Export on the Violations Report, the system will now: • Generate a secure, downloadable Excel file of the full report in the background. • Send you an email with a secure download link once the file is ready. • Notify you in-app via a push notification and your notification center so you know the moment your report is available. >> Important Rollout Notice This feature requires a back-end database migration and will be implemented individually for each firm. You will be contacted by Aderant in advance of your firm's release to coordinate the migration and ensure a smooth transition.
Bug Fixes • Extracted terms do not appear in the updated category on the Summary page after being reassigned in Onyx • Documents with the same name across different clients display incorrect document data in the Document Details page • The History button on Rule Sets shows no data in Onyx • The 'Linked to' card breaks in the UI when there are many client IDs in Rule Sets • Copying or duplicating a Rule Set creates an empty Rule Set with no rules • Group connectors unexpectedly switch when adding or editing values in the Conditions step of the Rules Builder in Onyx • Rules linked to an accepted term do not appear in the client's Rule Set
