NOTE: The Onyx release has been delayed.
On Wednesday (Mar-20) Onyx US, CAN, and UK regions will undergo scheduled updates between 9am-10am EDT / 1pm-2pm UTC. There will be no expected downtime during the maintenance period.
Users should not need to take any actions once the update is complete.
This update will include the following:
NEW FEATURES
Word Count A new function, Word Count, has been added to the Rules Builder. This allows the user to create rules relating to the number of words in a given field.
Improvement to AI Terms Extraction The Onyx terms extraction process has been improved to increase accuracy when extracting terms.
Guideline Rules for Specific Environments Users can now specify rules to only be run in specific environments, such as test environments. A new field, Environment, has been added to the list of filters that can be applied to a given guideline.
NOTE: Support for guideline rules in specific environments will require updates to iTimekeep and Expert before they can be used. Take note of release announcements on 03/20/24 (iTimekeep) and 04/03/24 (Onyx Plugin for Expert) regarding these two products.
BUG FIXES
• Rejected terms still appear highlighted. • Clicking on term links on the summary page does not take you to the highlighted section of the details screen. • Issues with highlighted terms. • Guidelines Filter UI fails when applying multiple guideline filters.
