Scheduled
On Wednesday (28-February) Conflicts APA region will have planned downtime between the hours of 11:30am-3pm (noon) EST | 4:30pm-8pm UTC. During the downtime window Conflicts will be unavailable but will be immediately available once completed. This update will not require re-indexing.
The update includes the following.
FEATURES
Print Report Respects Selected Refiners
When printing a report, the hit results in the report now respect refiners that were selected on the Search Request Detail page. The selected refiners are listed in a table included in the print report. The report has the following additional enhancements: - The Affiliation and Party Status for each request term has been added - The header layout has been improved - The time the search was run is now included alongside the date
These changes apply to both search requests and quick searches.
Two Additional Hit Statuses
Two new resolved hit statuses are now available when reviewing a search request’s results: - Not Applicable – for use when the hit is not relevant to the file being evaluated. - Waiver On File – for use when the firm has a signed waiver on file from the client.
FIXES
Issues with the Hit Detail pane on the Hit Results screen: - Clicking on the right side of a hit in the grid will not open the Hit Detail pane. - The Hit Detail pane does not animate when it opens or closes.
KNOWN ISSUES
- Hits are secured even for users included in the security plan for an entity. Note: This only occurs when a user has email addresses in Expert and Aderant Identity that are not an exact match. Workaround: Ensure that users’ email addresses are exactly the same in Expert and Aderant Identity. Email addresses are case sensitive. - Comments made and edited by other users will not display text to indicate that they have been edited. Only comments that you have made and edited will display ‘Edited’. - When using Conflicts with Microsoft Edge, comments display a timestamp in the date format of the machine’s settings rather than the browser’s settings.
