NEW FEATURES
TERMS REVIEW WORKFLOW You can set up an optional Terms Review workflow, which automates the process of reviewing and approving extracted terms. This can be configured to follow your firm's existing business processes. After the terms have been extracted, reviewers can review the extracted terms, flag any that pose an issue, leave comments, and make revisions as necessary. The comment history and the number of revisions is visible to all users. Once the reviewer has marked the review as complete, the workflow moves to the next stage.
Key features include:
Flagging – Terms that need to be revisited can be flagged in one of five colors. Each color can be used to represent a type of action, allowing terms that require similar actions to be grouped together. Icons displaying the number of each type of flag are visible at both the terms summary and document view. Commenting – You can leave a comment on any term. When flagging a term, you can leave an optional comment to provide a reason for flagging. All comments can be viewed in the comment history for the term. Revising – You can modify an extracted term directly. Each term will display a number beside it indicating the number of times this term has been revised. Workflow – Reviewers are automatically notified when it's their time to review. A representative from the Aderant Professional Services team will work with your firm to create a customized workflow that suits existing business processes.

Changes include:
Improved page loading performance Replaced left-scroll control with the navigation menu. Changed page controls to save on click. Removed All Categories view due to performance issues. When in a specific category view, all extracted terms will be highlighted, but terms belonging to that category will be marked with a vertical bar. Added Category tool tip to highlighted terms. Changed highlight color for manually added terms to green.
BUG FIXES Resolved an issue with the Rule Builder Conditions UI failing when building rules with multiple conditions and groups.
