On Thursday (16-July) iTimekeep APA region will undergo scheduled updates between 1pm-2pm EDT / 5pm UTC. There will be no expected downtime during the maintenance period. Users may need to clear cookies/caches to consume updates once complete.
The latest iTimekeep Mobile (26.5.0) has been submitted to the Apple App Store and Google Play Stores. Please note that app store processing times can vary. It may take 0–4 days for the updated build to become available in the app stores after submission.
Once the update is approved and published by the app stores, the new version of the iTimekeep Mobile app will be available for download.

ENHANCEMENTS
Missing Time Guidance
Firms can now enable an informational message on the Missing Time dashboard, reminding timekeepers that visible totals may not fully reflect their firm's daily time entry policies. This helps timekeepers avoid false confidence from aggregate totals alone and directs them to their compliance team for policy-specific questions. The message appears consistently across web and mobile when enabled within Configure iTimekeep settings in the Admin Portal.
FIXES
iTimekeep Mobile • When viewing a released (read-only) time card, the modal could not be scrolled to view the full entry details. • When changing a time entry's matter from blank or a temporary matter to a valid client matter, the location and time entry status fields did not carry over. • The Errors card in the Dashboard's Attention Required section was not tappable and displayed no detail. • The Accountable time category did not appear in the calendar status slider for firms that had not explicitly set a custom Accountable Time label. • On Android devices, the filter reset button was hidden.
Passive Time Assistant • Proxy users could access another timekeeper's Passive Time Assistant view by manipulating the URL.
Portal • The Accountable Time Label and Custom Sorting Label fields on the Firm Defaults page were not saved.
