On Wednesday (April-24) iTimekeep US and CAN regions will undergo scheduled updates between 10pm-11pm EDT / 3am UTC. There will be no expected downtime during the maintenance period.

Users should not need to clear cookies/caches to consume update once complete. This release does not include a mobile update. This update will require an update to Connect for firms wishing to take advantage of this functionality. Please contact Aderant Support to update the firm’s version of Connect.

This update will include the following:

NEW FEATURES:

New Time Category: Accountable Time (Expert Only)

Users will track Accountable (Pro Bono) time as a separate time category from Non-Billable. Allowing for easy tracking of work allocation by category where previously this insight was unavailable. Firms will be able to customize the category label to align to firm terminology.

Note: This is limited to the iTimekeep webapp [Desktop experience]

Display Holidays (Expert Only)

Users can now view Holidays in iTimekeep to seamlessly record holiday hours alongside their regular billable time. Allowing for accurate tracking of time in compliance with firm policies efficiently.
