On Thursday (January-22) iTimekeep CAN and US regions will undergo scheduled updates between 9pm-10pm EST / 2am UTC. There will be no expected downtime during the maintenance period.

Users may need to clear cookies/caches to consume updates once complete.

The latest iTimekeep Mobile update will be submitted to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store on January 22.

Please note that app store processing times can vary. It may take 0–4 days for the updated build to become available in the app stores after submission.

Once the update is approved and published by the app stores, the new version of the iTimekeep (Preview) app will be available for download.

IMPROVEMENTS

iTimekeep Mobile
• Improved the Timers experience by removing the Timescore tile when the “Display Timescore” setting is turned OFF in the Portal.
• Improved layout behavior for the Timer Ribbon to prevent it from blocking underlying page content.

FIXES

iTimekeep (Web/Desktop)
• Fixed an issue where daily goal hours could display inconsistently for proxies.

iTimekeep Mobile
• Fixed an issue where the Timescore tile still displayed even when Timescore was disabled in iTimekeep Portal.
• Fixed an issue where the ongoing timer ribbon could overlap the most recent timecard.
• Fixed an issue preventing time from being saved when Work Hours were recorded in smaller increments – example: 6 or 12 minutes
• Fixed an issue where searching by matter name could return duplicate results.
• Fixed an issue where a “Missing Location Code” alert could appear even when a location was selected.
• Fixed multiple rounding-related issues that could impact time entry values.
• Fixed an issue where released time entries could round to incorrect hour values when edited.
• Fixed an issue where MFA tokens expired earlier than the firm-configured duration.
• Fixed UI issues where logos, menus, or buttons could overlap or become inaccessible on certain screens.
• Fixed an issue where dashboard graphics could display inconsistently compared to desktop views.
• Fixed an issue where users could be unable to log out while an active timer was running.
• Fixed an issue where the “My Time” day slider could appear unresponsive.
• Fixed an issue where the “Fix it later” option did not function as expected.
• Fixed an issue where error toast notifications could be difficult to dismiss.
• Fixed an issue where ending a timer reset the duration to zero (0).
• Fixed an issue where timers could incorrectly display “Submitted” or “Error” statuses.
• Fixed an issue causing excess spacing on the Timers screen.
• Fixed an issue where the loading indicator could remain stuck when opening the Timers view.
